Frequently Asked Questions

  • The sooner the better! We recommend 1-2 weeks in advance for small events and at least 1 month in advance for medium events.

    For large events like weddings, we absolutely recommend booking ASAP to ensure your order and wedding date is reserved.

    We do our best to accommodate last minute orders if we are open and available! Please keep in mind that any orders placed or invoices paid within 72 hours of the event date are subject to a $100 late fee.

  • Please enjoy your board on the same day it's delivered or picked up for ultimate freshness. If your board is not being consumed on the same day, please keep it refrigerated until ready to serve. Cheese is intended to be eaten at room temperature, however leaving the charcuterie board out for more than 3-4 hours can lead to spoiling.

  • Yes, we deliver! Delivery starts at $20 in KCMO, additional distances are an extra $0.65/mile. We also offer free local pickup!

    Please note that delivery on any day we deem a holiday will include a $100 holiday fee.

    Living in the midwest, sometimes the weather can be unforgiving. Therefore, delivery is held at our discretion. Weather and road conditions are taken into consideration prior to creating your charcuterie board. If weather and road conditions are not permitting, we will contact you regarding next steps.

  • We strive for complete price transparency, no surprise fees here! Our only fees include delivery fees, travel fees (when applicable), late fees, holiday fees (when applicable) and sales tax. In the state of Missouri, sales tax is 8.7%.

  • Holiday fees are an additional $100, on top of your order total. For holiday grazing spreads, we will set up at your chosen location but the following is

    UNAVAILABLE:

    • staffing option

    • tear down (clean up)

    • extras (drinks, decor, etc)

    Please reserve your holiday booking ASAP.

    WE DO NOT TAKE LAST MINUTE HOLIDAY BOOKINGS. LAST CALL FOR HOLIDAY BOOKINGS ARE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY EVENT AND IT MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR 1 WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT.

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking in order to hold your event date.

  • Refunds are not available.

  • Orders canceled 72 hours prior to the delivery date will receive a credit towards a future order. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date are ineligible for a refund.

  • Please be advised that all of the items on our menu are prepared in a kitchen space that may contain these ingredients: milk, wheat, eggs, soybean, peanuts, and tree nuts. For this reason, cross contamination may happen. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advanced so proper precautions can be taken.

  • Please note that all cheeses, meats, produce, etc... are based on what is seasonally available. We carefully select all ingredients for our boards. If there's anything that you absolutely do not want on your charcuterie board and vice versa, we are happy to accommodate. Some items may include an additional fee.

    Please note that all boards are made differently and no two contain the same ingredients. We reserve the right to pick and choose ingredients to create your board, unless previously discussed.

    PICTURES ARE FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSES.

  • YES! We have both our license and insurance. If your event venue is requesting a copy of these documents, we'd be happy to send them their way.

  • Place the board in the fridge right away, unless serving immediately. We recommend pulling it out 20 minutes before consuming because everything tastes better at room temperature!

  • We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to payments, that’s why we use 2 different payment softwares. This allows us to take whole payments or split them up as much as possible!

    Keep in mind that your final payment is due one week before your event. If your balance is not paid off, then we will be unable to fulfill your booking.

    By paying late or waiting until the last minute, this prevents us from acquiring all the ingredients/materials needed for your order.
